The key information and video update indicate that this company is in default of it’s loan and cannot be traded. However, there are transactions presently occurring on the secondary market. Is there any update on likelihood of recovery? If a significant loss is likely to occur would it not be prudent to remove all sale parts from the secondary market? Alternatively can the fact of the default be made more obvious on the secondary market to avoid ignorance purchases of the loan parts?
