We verify your email address and date of birth in our system. If you were advised that it matched, your request will be approved.
Otherwise, we will check your identification documents against our system to ensure our system is correct. However please ensure:
a) your email address is correct;
b) your date of birth in your profile is updated; and
c) you had inputted your details in the following format dd/mm/yyyy in the withdrawal application form.
