    Hi Passion Products,

    I see you have recently borrowed $35,000 for the purchase of stock. Now you are seeking another $50,000 for the same purpose. Please can you clarify what may be seen as lack of forward planning ? And nothing mentioned in the Key Information section about the two loan requests ?
