This seems to have long recovery process. This loan is in arrear since August 2022. I have stopped receiving the interest but Marketlend claim below:
The loan facility is currently under the recovery process with the objective of collecting all due interest and principal as soon as possible. We’re working with the borrowers on getting the debt repaid ASAP. Marketlend’s Collections Team continues to monitor the financial position and repayments made by Energy Storage Australia. Ongoing negotiations are being conducted to establish a mutually beneficial arrangement that satisfies all parties.
I would like to know how long it will take extra. I have waited this for 2.5 years for the Marketlend to resolve. But nothing has seemed to be improved.
