Yesterday I made a bid at 14% which is the maximum rate expected according to the key information and also the maximum rate the system will allow me to bid at. However, I see that today two bids have been made at 15%. Please explain how this is possible and whether I can cancel my previous bid and enter a new bid at the higher rate.

This was an inadventent error by the autobid system that was subsequently fixed. Sincere apologies for the confusion.
