Having problems at the moment with Marketlend Statistics to analyse the borrower’s existing loan and level of utilisation of funds. A further loan will obviously increase total available funds as a line of credit (albeit some funds will be used to re-finance existing debt). Are you able to provide details of the current loan’s utilisation %. Thanks
