I would like to incourage like minded investors to openly talk amoungst ourselves about possible risk and returns o further minimise our possible losses.

I will start this by asking why this investment does not successfully achieve insurance ?

Simon,

Thank you for your feedback, this investment is not within the categories of insurable risk for the insurers as it is considered refinancing.

Consequently they are forbidden to offer insurance on refinancing unless they are credit wrap insurers.
