    Why are 2015 financials missing?

    Is the loan secured against the borrower’s home? How many other claims are there on the house, and if so, what would the seniority of this loan’s claim be?

    The operation seems to be consistently loss making …

    I see now that 2015 financials are now available – sorry if I missed them before.

    The 2015 financials are for K1 Dental, which was profitable in 2015. What is the relationship between K1 and Utopia?

    Dear Loopy,

    K1 Dental is owned by Michaelsons Dental (Wangaratta) which is also part of Utopia Dental Group.
